High school graduation or equivalent English 12 and English 11 or their equivalents (70% in one of them) Minimum six academic/non-academic Grade 12 courses (recommended) Pre-Calculus 12 or equivalent Chemistry 12 or equivalent Physics 12 or equivalent Pre-Calculus 11 or Foundations of Math 12 or equivalent Chemistry 11 or equivalent Physics 11 or equivalent A Language 11 or Waiver (includes all second language courses, excludes introductory language 11 courses) Grades presented in all relevant academic Grade 11 and Grade 12 courses that fall under these subject categories* will be looked at: Language Arts Mathematics & Computation Sciences *Note: There is no minimum number of courses required for admission, but you are encouraged to challenge yourself with a substantial number of courses that are relevant to your intended area of study.



University Program

The Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering provides a broad base of theory courses and practical design projects. You will enter Mechanical Engineering in your second year from the first-year General Engineering that is common to all Engineering programs.
